no size fits all… the need for personal values in the workplace

since the beginning of the pandemic in 2020 work has changed a lot. with the most recent events, we are forced to ask ourselves questions about how we spend our days at work: the concept of why and how we work is shifting.

we are somehow instinctively starting to give more importance to the human side of our jobs: it's not only about what or how much I can produce, it's about what I can bring to the table with my abilities and my skills. it's not about where I work, it being in the office or at home, it's about where I feel better working, and where I'm more comfortable spending my time; because that makes me feel better, live better, and incidentally, perform better at work.

people are determined to empower themselves, many looking for jobs that do not necessarily pay more, but are a better fit for themselves: a more understanding boss, a team where their ideas are shared and valued more, a place where they can grow as individuals, not only as a workforce: above all a job fulfilling a need of a common sense of purpose.

we would like to share with you this article we think gives some good food for thought.
